Relationship & Couples Psychotherapy

Relationships thrive when people feel seen and understood. Systemic therapy offers a space to explore how you relate, rebuild trust and create new ways of being together.

Couples/Relationship work helps you address a multitude of difficulties that can arise in any close relationship. Our work can focus on any relationship structure, whether living together, separated or apart, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, or the length of time being together.

In this space, we begin to explore moments and experiences that have shaped you and the meanings you have made of them. Challenges and moments of difference are common parts of relationships; navigating these moments to enhance trust and respect can help encourage connection and understanding.

Every relationship has its own history, both together and apart. Sometimes, these experiences clash, become overwhelming, or no longer fit the relationship. In our sessions, I offer a compassionate and containing space to begin exploring what lies beneath the surface, taking a collaborative and non-judgmental approach.

We will spend time considering the influence of past relationships, both romantic and familial and how different life experiences contribute to the meaning of your current relationship patterns.

In this work, we can help to:

  • Trust

  • Connect

  • Repair

  • Understand

  • Deal with Endings & Beginnings

  • Consider Grief & Loss

  • Parenting challenges

  • Blended families
