Individual Systemic Psychotherapy

Systemic psychotherapy focuses on the bigger picture - how family, relationships, and life contexts influence who you are and how you live.

Individual Systemic Psychotherapy offers a containing space to begin to explore the patterns and experiences of your life that link your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It will be a space to reflect on the past, consider its links to the present and focus on the future.

This is a space for anyone at any stage of life, whether you are seeking therapy because there is a sense of stuckness, a feeling of overwhelm or disconnect, or whether you are just curious to explore and make sense of the patterns that repeat in your relationships or inner self. We will begin to explore how past dynamics, attachments experiences, and cultural and relational stories play out in the present. Whilst I bring my expertise and experience, this is a collaborative and co-created space, working at your pace, with an offering of reflections, tools and resources to support you on your journey.

Whilst you may start coming as an individual, there is always scope to invite people to join you, who you may feel are of importance.

I offer short and long term support and our work together will be continuously reviewed.
